FRONTIER is a Christian leadership journey intentionally designed to enable, empower and release individuals for missional leadership within the local church. Its transformational design nurtures life-long discipleship, faith, and spirituality in a mission context . At its heart, FRONTIER aims to release participants to enable missional leadership capable of renewing established local faith communities or planting new churches.
Study, formation and in-the-field experience are core elements of the FRONTIER program.
FRONTIER participants undertake fully accredited and nationally recognized training within a community of practice, focusing specifically on missional practice, spiritual and personal development, and missional leadership.
FRONTIER offers units at either a Diploma of Ministry or a Graduate Diploma of Divinity.
Units are delivered through intensives, online, and learning groups.
